Smoke Signal

I am alive. I promise you. I am living out of a suitcase a minimum of 15 days a week month (but it feels like  the former) the last couple of months. I still haven’t finished unpacking – since I haven’t been in town long enough – and I’m doing a lot of fun stuff like:

  1. I have enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. Classes for certification as a holistic health counselor start in January.
  2. I finished a 4-day Level 1 Yoga Therapy training on Monday. Soooo fun. So challenging. So enlightening. I am having fun practicing on my friends. Sign up if you want to be my guinea pig – I mean, practice partner!

There’s something else coming too, but I’ll let you know when I have that one in the bag.

Also, I’ve been dreaming lately. Maybe that sounds strange to most people but I hardly ever dream. If I do, I don’t remember my dreams when I wake up. These have been quite bizarre, disturbing and enlightening. When I am still for a second I hope to write about them, my experience with Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, my Reiki experience and where all of this is taking me. I’m just so tired when I get home from traveling all the damned time.

If I have to unpack ONE MORE suitcase, I’m going to scream. So that will be tonight. And next Friday since I unpack tonight and leave again on Sunday. {sigh}

But there’s a bag! When it’s all tied up I’ll dish.

  1. I’ve been dreaming weird dreams lately. One was about the old lady next door, standing in her kitchen rotting like a zombie. Freaked me out.

    I love Reiki, I hope you had a good experience.

  2. You are drawing closer to your dream every day. Enlightening is the key word. The bizarre and disturbing, even the fatigue, are worth it for a greater degree of enlightenment.

    Good luck with all of it! Please let us know about the third one as soon as it’s in the bag.
