I have struggled with fitness since I was in college. I’ve watched the numbers on the scale go up and down, up and down, up and up and up. I’ve tried to lose weight many times and succeeded, but not always in the healthiest ways. I had my bouts with anorexia and bulimia. I’ve been vegetarian. I’ve dieted. I’m turning 35 next year. I’ve learned that fitness is about so much more than how much I weigh or what size jeans I wear. Fitness is a journey. This is mine.
